Based in the UK Mr Hall is the majority Shareholder in MSS India Pvt Ltd. Mr Hall established the MSS Group in the UK in the 1970′s and currently controls seven companies based in the UK, Middle East and Africa.

Roy Calvin-

He was responsible for the establishment of MSS India in 1998 and is the current Managing Director. He has worked for the UK based MSS Group in copper components and copper busbar engineering since 1985

Mr Mangesh Natal serves as the Director Operations of MSS India. An Engineer by profession has more than 20 years of industrial experience mainly in the areas of manufacturing and operations. Currently he has been associated with MSS since 1999 and has worked in the various functions. He has played a key role in MSS's growth since inception of MSS in India in 1999.

Anand Shivadas Daga-

Mr. Anand Daga serves as the Non-Executive Independent Director of MSS India. He is a Practising Chartered Accountant since 1994 and is a Partner in M/s Daga & Chaturmutha, Chartered Accountants, Nashik/ Mumbai. Mr. Daga possesses a varied experience of 16 years in the areas of Taxation, Audit, Finance, Corporate Strategic Planning / Restructuring Advisory Services, Mergers and Acquisitions, etc. Mr. Daga is on the Board of following Companies : City Centre Mall (Nashik) Private Limited, EPC Irrigation Ltd, Nasik.
